Joumana Jeffers
Joumana is a trained professional counsellor and psychotherapist with over 17 years’ experience working in mental health in the UK and in Australia.
Based on over 17 years’ experience providing support to adults and children with multiple and complex needs, Joumana employs a variety of highly effective evidence-based interventions including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), trauma informed therapy, solution-focused and positive psychotherapy (PPT).
She has helped clients with issues such as anxiety and depression, mental health conditions, grief and loss, relationships, marital and premarital discussions, women’s issues, infertility, trauma and PTSD.
Joumana is driven to help people explore their personal issues and gain insight into factors that are holding them back from a fulfilling life.
